The most challenging part of this project was robust changes in the market scenario where a developer launched a new project and it sold out within weeks to cater to different requirements of customers looking for properties in Dubai and in different areas of Dubai. 

Another challenge was swift changes in demand in different areas of Dubai.

What Did We Do?

We set the monitor on changes in different areas through our indigenous tools and algorithms. Where we could see the demand trends in real-time. 

We then structured their website for aggressive lead generation, We deployed funnels and split-tested each funnel on meta/google ads in different countries.

Results

Within 45 days we were able to identify key patterns, potential markets, and areas where and how to always remain 1 step ahead of market demand while reducing their cost per lead by 35% whereas the conversion rate improved by 137%.

The challenge was to always meet requirements in swift market changes. To do that we had to form a strategy that could fill the vacuum at each step of the customer search and demands. Through extensive keyword research and funnel creation we successfully solved the problem. 

AB Testing 

In the Dubai real estate market conducting AB testing does not come cheap, We had to avoid bleeding marketing dollars while we also wanted to make sure that what country, keyword, landing page content, and CTA strategy will work best. Thanks to the first step we took that helped us successfully conduct split testing without hurting the client’s budget.
