Hasansurgery.com is Dubai Dubai-based aesthetic & plastic surgery clinic in Dubai. And operate under renowned and seasoned surgeon Dr. Hasan Ali.
Scenario & Challenges
We took up this project onboard in 2018 when they noticed major drops in their rankings and lost business coming from organic search.
After conducting an analysis we found out that the website had SEO issues like cannibalized content and an unstructured website with outdated user experience, especially for mobile users. Due to the same issues, they were experiencing a very low conversion rate with their Google Search (PPC) campaigns.
What Did We Do?
We conducted an in-depth analysis through our specialized tools and software that proved our initial analysis correct so it was easy for us to form a strategy to overcome the challenge and regain organic rankings and traffic.
Result
We were able to improve search rankings and user experience with a new design and with some added functionality we improved organic conversion by 233% (comparison was based on the previous 12 months’ data with 2 months’ data of the new design).
After delivering the promised results we were awarded the additional project of managing their Google Ads campaign. With this new campaign it was easier for us to improve results since we already revamped their base website but to boost their ROAS we designed special landing pages for their Google search campaigns to increase the conversion rate by adopting a lead funnel strategy.
